We provide full consultancy services on IT projects big and small. From design through to delivery and testing we will support your project with regular communications and a structured approach. If you would prefer to have the system designed up front with a full project plan or produced iteratively designing and refining the choice is yours.

Planning

Should you wish to design the system up front we will engage with you and produce documentation describing the system you want. Once you are happy with the designs we will produce a project plan with key mile stones, a time scale and a price. This is a free service for smaller projects. Should you wish to discuss larger projects please contact us and we will be happy to provide prices.

Strategy

If you want to break your system down into small easy manageble pieces, once we have a general idea of what to build we will start delivering small parts of it. Designing as we go producing a full system. This will allow you to refine and improve the system with hands on experience of the finished product.

Results

Which ever approach you wish to take we are dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with our solutions. This is why we incorporate a testing phase after delivery so you can make any necessary changes when you have the product in front of you.
